Savage 40, is a progressive program that takes into consideration the three major variables of age related strength and conditioning; Restoration, Efficiency and adaptation. 

Most people that have put a decade's worth of work into the gym understand the need to Get in and Get out, work hard and keep it challenging! 

And that is what Savage 40 intends to do over the next 48 weeks!
