After having danced at an elite level for the past 18 years (Dutch National Ballet, Vienna, Zurich, Dusseldorf, The Royal Ballet, London), I know what it takes to get in & stay in shape. In my career as a dancer, I dealt with many personal injuries from big to small as well as a host of digestive issues which is what sent me on my road to becoming a strength, conditioning and lifestyle coach and to seek out the best information. It was a long road to recovery but I learned so much from it and now I want to use the knowledge that I have to help you.
I have made it a point to take the best courses (Poliquin, Chek, Ido Portal, Liebenson, Cressey, I am currently enrolled in MSc Dance Science) & continue to keep learning & updating my knowledge every year. At present, I work outside and in a gym. I work closely with The Dutch National Ballet & Ballet Academie in Amsterdam where I provide training & nutritional advice for the dancers.
